If you want to return your item then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 14 days of making your order to start your return. All responsibility including shipping costs for returns are the customers, we hope you understand that as a small company we can't currently afford to pay for your return postage. Items must be received unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with their tags still attached within 7 days of the request being made.
Any items we receive outside of the 7 day return window will not be refunded and will be returned to sender at the cost of the customer.
How do I return an item?
1. Include the original packing slip in your order and securely repackage your garments. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
2. Email us at email@example.com with 'Return (Order Number)' as the subject line to get the return address. Choose the courier you would like to ship the parcel with. Please note: All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have original tags.
3. Drop off your package with the courier of your choice - Keep hold of your tracking number if you have one. We have found that using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class is the best way to get your parcel to us. Anything sent via Special Delivery or courier may experience delays as we don't have concierge to collect the parcel in our building.
Refunds may only be issued to the method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, you can create an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and any other details. In the case of damaged or incorrect items we will refund you the return postage costs for 2nd Class postage or standard international postage only.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order before it is shipped.
