Shipping & Returns

We process all orders placed before 3PM GMT Monday-Friday within one business day (excluding bank holidays). Any orders placed after 3PM GMT Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Good news, we ship internationally! We are working on bringing Deidei around the world, tag us @deideistudio to let us know where you want us next. See more details on our shipping page.

We're sorry you didn't love your Deidei things. Please reach out to us with your Order # (#DD) and the products you'd like to exchange/return, and we'll take care of the rest.

You have up to 14 days after you receive your order to send it back to us, provided we have the item in stock. All items returned in the same condition you received them this includes in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

We really want to get it right for you, so we are sorry that your order did not live up to your and our expectations. Please contact us immediately at and we will do everything to make it right for you.

Product & Ethics

We make everything in limited collections to reduce waste, but if enough people email us to let us know their favourite style has sold out. We might bring it back.

Orders & Billing

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order before it is shipped.

Have a quick check if your payment didn't go through. Make sure that your cards billing details, including the security code and billing address match what you've entered at the checkout.
