We process all orders placed before 3PM GMT Monday-Friday within one business day (excluding bank holidays). Any orders placed after 3PM GMT Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

We're sorry you didn't love your Deidei things. Please reach out to us hello@deidei.co.uk with your Order # (#DD) and the products you'd like to exchange/return, and we'll take care of the rest.
You have up to 14 days after you receive your order to send it back to us, provided we have the item in stock. All items returned in the same condition you received them this includes in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Orders & Billing
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order before it is shipped.
Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Deidei and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
To use Pay later in 3 you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
If you would wish to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you will need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you, all communications will be sent to your email address. It is very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
Upon application, Klarna will perform soft searches with credit reference agencies to determine if you are eligible. Pay Later with Klarna credit agreements aren’t regulated by the FCA. This means any missed payments may affect your ability to get credit from Klarna and other lenders as Klarna may also report missed payments to credit reference agencies. 18+, UK residents only. Klarna are an independent payment provider and Deidei have no influence over whether your payment will be accepted or not. If you have any trouble placing an order with Pay Later in 3 with Klarna, please contact Klarna Customer Service.
